Thank you for visiting and shopping at WAE Store PH! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within a day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or your mobile number.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Some of our items does have a shipping fees and some does not have.
The estimated time of arrival of your item will be between 3-15 days, depending on your location.
- Metro Manila - 3–5 days
- Luzon (outside of Metro Manila) - 3–7 days
- Visayas & Mindanao - 3–10 days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to Addresses
WAE Store PH ships to addresses within the Philippines. We would ask you to be specific with your shipping address when filling out the order form during checkout. It will help our delivery partners to reach you faster.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
WAE Store PH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.
